We are announcing the return of the first-ever, craft-distilled Illinois Bottled-in-Bond whiskey: North American Steamship Rye™ Straight Single Malt Rye Bottled-in-Bond whiskey. It is available again starting this weekend at the distillery Speakeasy and Retail Shop. N.A.S.R. Bottled-in-Bond is handmade at our distillery from the 100% rye malt that was used for earlier versions of this whiskey, but aged in a full-size (53 gallon) new char-3 oak barrel for four years and bottled at 100 proof. This is currently our oldest released whiskey and the oldest whiskey distilled in Illinois. The retail price is $76 for a 750ml bottle and $40 for a 375ml bottle, the latter only available at the distillery Retail Shop.
